PHP Classic Moment The Dreaming/Stabbing Westward

One of the Possessed Hand Favorites of all time has been the group Stabbing Westward.

Part of the Industrial rock movement of the early to mid 90's they had hits on the radios and were in several movie soundtracks including Bad Boys with Martin Lawrence (in respect to Chris Rock we don't mention the other star). They toured with big groups including Depeche Mode at one time. However in the late 90's they broke up.

Lead singer Christopher Hall formed another group called the Dreaming and continued to make music and tour on a much smaller scale. This is where we at PHP got to know the group better. We seen The Dreaming no less than ten times. They would sing new music as well as their take on classic Stabbing Westward songs. One night in front of a crowd of less than 50, in a small venue in Colorado Springs, Chris did a stripped down version of Sometimes it Hurts and asked those of us in the corwd to film it for their website.

Stabbing Westward reformed a few years back and started making music again and we at PHP have continued to see them perform when we can.
